Eligibility & Account Approval

  • Applicants must be a registered business entity in the pet retail or distribution industry.
  • Approval is at the sole discretion of Bulldogology Pet Solutions, and we reserve the right to decline applications without explanation.

Ordering & Pricing

  • Wholesale pricing is exclusive to approved wholesale partners.
  • Minimum order quantities may apply to maintain wholesale eligibility.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, we will make reasonable efforts to inform our wholesale partners in advance.

Payment Terms

  • Orders must be paid in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.
  • Late payments may result in order delays or suspension of wholesale privileges.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We strive to process and ship orders promptly; estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Restrictions on Sales

  • Wholesale partners are strictly prohibited from selling Bulldogology products on any Amazon marketplace, including but not limited to Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, and Amazon.co.uk.
  • Sales are permitted through your own website, physical store(s), or other approved retail channels.
  • Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your wholesale account.

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

  • Wholesale partners must comply with Bulldogology’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy, which sets pricing guidelines to maintain brand integrity and fair competition.
  • Wholesale partners are strictly prohibited from selling Bulldogology products on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or any other third-party marketplace.
  • Any violation of the MAP Policy may result in suspension or termination of the wholesale account.

Returns & Damages

  • Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products within 14 days of receipt.
  • All return requests must be approved in advance; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Refunds or replacements will be issued at Bulldogology’s discretion.

Brand Representation & Marketing

  • Wholesale partners must represent Bulldogology products accurately and professionally.
  • Use of Bulldogology trademarks, logos, or marketing materials must be approved in writing.
  • Any false claims or misrepresentation of our brand may result in account termination.

Termination & Modifications

  • Bulldogology reserves the right to terminate wholesale accounts for any breach of these terms.
  • We may modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the wholesale program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
