Purpose of the MAP Policy
Bulldogology Pet Solutions is committed to maintaining the integrity of our brand and ensuring fair competition among our wholesale partners. This Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy is designed to protect the value of our products and create a level playing field for all retailers.
MAP Pricing Guidelines
- Wholesale partners must not advertise Bulldogology products below the established Minimum Advertised Price (MAP).
- MAP pricing will be provided upon approval as a wholesale partner and updated as necessary.
- The MAP applies to all public advertising, including but not limited to:
- Websites & Online Stores
- Social Media Ads
- Paid Search & Display Ads
- Email Campaigns
- Digital & Print Flyers
- Price Comparison Websites
- In-Store Promotions
Selling Restrictions
- No Third-Party Marketplace Sales: Wholesale partners are strictly prohibited from selling Bulldogology products on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or any third-party marketplace.
- Bulldogology reserves the right to audit and enforce compliance with this policy.
Discounting & Promotions
- Retailers may offer in-store discounts, loyalty programs, and bundled offers as long as the advertised price does not fall below MAP.
- Temporary promotional campaigns must be pre-approved by Bulldogology.
Enforcement & Penalties
- First Violation: Written warning and request to correct the violation within 48 hours.
- Second Violation: Temporary suspension of wholesale account.
- Third Violation: Termination of wholesale account and forfeiture of future purchasing rights.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Bulldogology actively monitors advertised prices through regular audits and third-party reports.
- Retailers may report MAP violations to [your email].
Policy Acknowledgment
By participating in Bulldogology’s Wholesale Program, retailers acknowledge and agree to abide by this MAP Policy.
